✍ Art, Visual, Scotland
In this very special Aye Write event, Scottish artist Ken Currie sits down with art historian Tom Normand to discuss their collaborative work, Ken Currie: Paintings and Writings.
This hardback book features Ken’s work and has been carefully compiled and edited by Tom, providing a unique insight into the inner world of Ken’s challenging and engimatic art.
For over four decades, Ken Currie has created some of the most confrontational and and intriguing paintings in the contemporary art world. For the first time, he’s made his studio journals available. The result is a fascinating dialogue that explores the motives and aspirations of his inscrutable paintings.
